What is required to work for All-Bright Realty?

There are a few things that are required to work for All-Bright Realty. First and most important is a Real Estate license. If you already have on that is great, if you need to get one we can help with that. New agents can start without a license but will need to be enrolled in the Real Estate class while employed. We can help train you while you are in class and show you how a Real Estate office functions. If you were just licensed or are planning on getting licensed, All-Bright Realty will reimburse you the cost of getting your license. What is required? Whether you just got your license or are planning to, All-Bright Realty must be your first agency of employment. You will need to work part or full time for the entire rental season. The season runs January through September. We require that you work most of the season. You will also have to bring in a certain amount of income to the agency. You will also need a cell phone and a car. A personal computer is helpful but we have office computers that you can use. The most important requirement is an outgoing personality.
